A man from Cockermouth has been banned from driving for 12 months.
Gareth Howard Skillen, 36, of Melbreak Avenue, admitted two charges at North and West Cumbria magistrates court in Workington.
He pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Kuga at Lamplugh with a controlled drug - BZE - exceeding the specified limit. He was fined £376, ordered to pay £37 to fund victim services and £85 costs.
He also admitted driving with cocaine in his blood. No separate penalty was imposed.
