'Townhead' - the site of a proposed solar park on land near junction 44 of the M6, between the motorway and the A689 near Houghton .

Emergency repair work has closed a lane on the M6 near Carlisle this morning.
The closure affects the northbound carriageway, from junction 44 (Carlisle North) at the Greymoorhill roundabout, to junction 45 of the A74(M), at Gretna.
Police say traffic is coping well.
