Supermarket chain Booths is recalling its mince pies because they may contain pieces of plastic.
The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has issued an urgent product recall.
The say the mince pies are a safety risk.
It applies to the four pack of Booths own-brand mince pies.
The company says these products may be contaminated with pieces of white plastic, making them unsafe to eat.
The batch code is P/463246, with a best before date of January 12, 2019.
Anyone who has bought these mince pies should return them to store.
Customers will get a full refund.
No other Booths products are affected
A company statement added:"We apologise for any inconvenience caused."
