Cumbrian property and land services group PFK has delivered a vote of confidence to the industry by opening a second office in Carlisle.

The new site, in Rosehill Business Park, follow the successful launch of a city centre estate agent branch in Devonshire Street three years ago.

Rosehill will now be the primary base for strategic planning and property services under the PFK Land and Development banner.

The company's managing director Stephen Lancaster said: “As a property business, we have made a decision to move to a more cohesive approach to deliver solutions that consider the client's strategic needs - from acquisition to long-term retention - ensuring a natural and desirable service offering for our clients, all under one roof.

"This will see unique immediate access to all our specialists through this one brand, ie, land agency, estate agency, planning, development and valuation services, as well as working with our trusted professional partners as we seek to procure the best teams to suit clients' individual requirements.

"Our clients can be reassured their needs will be met, working with the best talent and trusted partners, fostering strong working relationship to help achieve shared goals.

"Individual specialists have the remit to deliver exceptional property advice and services on an end-to-end basis.

"This integration of services within PFK Land and Development will allow quick, effective action with the flexibility to respond to clients' developing needs and build long-term sustainable relationships.

"It will deliver outstanding communications and decision-making as, in my experience, we work best with the people and businesses we know best.”
