If you're thinking of selling your home, now's your chance to do so with free estate agent fees of up to £7,500!
Leading Cumbrian business PFK, which has a seven-strong branch network across the county, has launched a prize draw which will see one lucky winner not pay anything on the sale of their home.
To be entered into the draw, you must instruct PFK to sell your home before Thursday, May 31, 2018. The prize will be applicable only after a successful exchange of contracts.
The prize only relates to PFK fees. You may be charged for an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and floorplan, plus any other documentation required to market your property.
The prize will cover the fees up to a maximum of £7,500 inclusive of VAT.
If you fee exceeds £7,500, your invoice will be credited with this amount and the remaining balance will be payable.
