THE COUNTY OF CUMBRIA (U1241 BUTTON FORD BYPASS BRIDGE, BUTTERBURN, NEAR GILSLAND) (TEMPORARY 7.5 TONNES MAXIMUM GROSS WEIGHT RESTRICTION) ORDER 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that due to the likelihood of danger, as a result of a weak bridge, the County Council of Cumbria intends to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle exceeding 7.5 tonnes maximum gross weight, from proceeding along the entire expanse of the U1241 Butterburn Ford Bypass Bridge, near Gilsland.

Vehicles exceeding 7.5 tonnes MGW should proceed by using the ford adjacent to the bridge.
