THE COUNTY OF CUMBRIA (FOOTPATH NO.536235 IN THE PARISH OF KENDAL) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2021

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to enable repair works to be carried out to an adjacent wall ("the Works"), the County Council of Cumbria has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along an approx. 9m section of Footpath No.536235 Tanners Yard, in the Parish of Kendal between Grid Reference: 351504 49292 and Grid Reference: 351512 492593.

A suitable alternative route for pedestrians will be available via Footpath No.536234 (Yard 43).

The Order will come into operation on 10 April 2021 and may continue in force for a period of up to six months from that date as and when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed, although ft is anticipated that it will only be required for 10 days.
