Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (DP85-1 Tweedbridge Court, Peebles) (Stopping Up) Order 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Scottish Borders Council have made the above Order under Section 207 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 stopping up that length of road as described in the Schedule below. The title of the order is The Scottish Borders Council (DP85-1 Tweedbridge Court, Peebles) (Stopping Up) Order 2021.
A copy of the Order and of the accompanying plan showing the length of road to be stopped up together with a Statement of the Reasons for making the Order have been deposited with Roads Planning at Planning, Housing and Related Services, The Scottish Borders Council, Council Headquarters, Newtown St. Boswells. These documents are available for inspection, when offices are open, free of charge from 8.45 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on Monday to Thursday and 8.45 a.m. to 3.45 p.m. on Friday and are also available for inspection at Contact Centre, High Street, Peebles during normal business hours, or can be seen on the Council's website at
Any person may by 15 February 2021 object to the confirming of the Order by notice in writing to the Chief Legal Officer, The Scottish Borders Council, Council Headquarters, Newtown St. Boswells, Melrose, TD6 OSA. Objections should state the name and address of the objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
