THE COUNTY OF CUMBRIA (BRIDLEWAY NO.138055 IN THE PARISH OF WETHERAL) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS, HORSES AND CYCLISTS) ORDER 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to enable Cumbria County Council to carry out works for the construction of a new right of way on adjacent land ("the Works"), the County Council of Cumbria intends to make an Order the effect of which is prohibit pedestrians, horses and cyclists from proceeding along an approx. 94 metre section of Public Bridleway No. 138055 at Cocklakes in the Parish of Wetheral, between Grid Refs: 345679, 551678 and 345743 551620.
There is no suitable alternative route available for pedestrians, horses and cyclists.

The Order will come into operation on 2 November 2020 and may continue in force for a period of up to six months from that date as and when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed, it is anticipated that it will be required for 6 months.
