PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2019
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by Cumbria County Council on 7 May 2019, which became operative on 13 May 2019, to enable Thomas Armstrong (Construction) Limited to carry out works to reconstruct a wall and provide a retaining wall at the Old Auction Mart Site, Wigton ("the Works") and which effect is to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along the section of Footpath No.259008 in the Parish of Wigton near Wigton Baths between Grid ret 325723 458255 and Grid Ref: 325866 548202. A distance of approx. I55metres :has been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport until 31 December 2019.
