MACMILLAN John Kay, Ema, Lucinda and all the family of the late John, would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy and donations to Diabetes UK. Thanks go to the doctors and nurses in ICU at the Cumberland Infirmary for the care given to John. Also special thanks to June Hearsey for the kind words with the service for the celebration of John's life and George Hudson and Sons for all their help, support and kindness at this sad time.
