COOK Leslie Pat and family of the late Leslie, would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy. Special thanks for the care and support we received from Reiver House, Carlisle Healthcare; especially Dr. Amit Paik and the Community Nursing Team during Leslie's illness it was second to none. # Team NHS.
