PICKERING Ralph Leonard Margaret expresses her sincere and heartfelt thanks to family, friends, neighbours and colleagues for the many cards, messages, phone calls, flowers and donations following the sad loss of her husband, Ralph. Your messages and reminiscences have meant so much to me. Special thanks go to my lovely neighbours for the help they gave to us both over the last few years when Ralph was poorly. I couldn't have managed without you all. During Ralph's final stay in the Cumberland Infirmary he had many visits from the Chaplaincy Team who read to him and prayed with him. I know that this made a great difference to him at a time when family visiting was not possible and I thank you all for being there. I am grateful to Rev Canon Bryan Rothwell for his help, comfort and support during this very difficult time and for the beautiful service at the crematorium. We couldn't give Ralph the send off he really wanted but we did the next best thing. Thanks also to Darren Studholme for his help and guidance in making all the arrangements on my behalf. Finally, thank you to all our praying friends who have held us in heart and mind over recent months.
