KERSHAW David Ruth and family wish to thank relations, friends and neighbours for kind words, cards, donations, visiting David and attending his memorial service. Special thanks to Rev'd Edward Johnsen, organist Martin Johnson and the choir for following David's wishes for the service and to Vita and Lilian for the daffodils. Also Tracey Graham for superb catering afterwards. We are grateful for the excellent care David received at Howard Court together with Drs. and Nurses from Brampton Med. Practice and to Chris and the team at Co-op funeralcare for arrangements.
