COOPER Teresa Edith (Terry) The husband of the late Terry would like to express his thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown to him during his recent sad bereavement. Also for the cards and donations to Hospice at home. Thanks to Doctors Gorrigan, Kewley and Weaving. Special thanks to The Frailty Nurses (NCMP) and also the District Nurses and Hospice at Home Nurses. Thanks to Jean Martindale for a comforting service and to Andrew Wilkinson and the staff of Co-op funeralcare in Etterby Street for funeral arrangements.
