LATIMER Sheila Evelyn (nee Phizackerley) Aged 89 of Carlisle, passed away peacefully on Sunday 18th July 2021 at Inglewood Care Home, Carlisle. Devoted wife of the late Michael Henry Latimer. Loving mother to Paul, Diana and Mary. Beloved grandma to Linda and Jenny and great-grandma to Beth, Joseph and Isaac.
