TOWERS Phil On Wednesday the 2nd June 2021, Phil, aged 74 years, beloved husband of Peggy, a dearly loved dad, grandad, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and physics teacher passed away peacefully at the Cumberland Infirmary. A private funeral service will take place.
