KENNEDY Ada Elizabeth (nee Gibson) Formerly of 21 Waldegrave Road, Longsowerby, Carlisle, Cumbria. It is with great sadness and deep regret that the family of Mrs Ada Elizabeth Kennedy announces her passing after a brief illness, on April 11th 2021, at the age of 88. Ada passed away peacefully at The Boston Pilgrim Hospital, in Lincolnshire and will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 50 years, Keith, her daughters, Sandra, Lorraine, Yvonne, Sharon and sons, David and Stanley. The funeral service will be held at St James Church, Carlisle and Ada will be laid to rest at Carlisle, Richardson Street, cemetery, further details will be announced in due course. It will be a private family funeral due to the current restrictions. Please make any charitable donations to either, The Burma Star Memorial Fund, Salvation Army, or, The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight.
