McVIETY Joyce Peacefully, at the Cumberland Infirmary on Monday 18th January, aged 91 years. Joyce (formerly of High Hesket) much loved wife of the late Joseph (Mac). A dearly loved mother to Alan and Simon, cherished by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral service will take place at St Mary's Church, High Hesket at 1.30pm, on Wednesday 27th January. Funeral cortege will pass through the village, pausing briefly at Midways, the former family home. Family flowers only.
