DONALDSON Christine Isobel (Pegswood) Formerly Aspatria, Cumbria. Peacefully in hospital after a short illness on 26th March 2020, aged 65 years. Much loved mam and granny. A private graveside service will be held at St. Bartholomew's Churchyard, Kirkwhelpington. A thanksgiving service in Christine's memory will be announced at a later date.

I am so sorry you have lost Chrisy , a lovely , kind friend , wonderful musician and artist .. I will miss our laughter together on our car trips and at her music sessions and on the phone ..such a special person , who shared her love of art and who will be missed by many . I hope she has been reunited with her Iain ...Thinking of you all at this sad time ...... Lynne xx

What a privilege to have known Chrissy. I went to her night school classes for art some years ago; learnt so much and have followed her ever since, lastly being here in Eaglesfield. I feel honoured to have known Chrissy, a lady with such wonderful creativity; strong faith and a quirky sense of humour, I will miss her. My thoughts and prayers are with all her family and loved ones, take care all. xx
