HERON Frances Kirby (nee Brocklebank) Aged 69 years. Peacefully on Wednesday 18th March at Dalton Court, Cockermouth. Beloved wife of Joe for 45 years and dearly loved mam of Victoria. Wonderful step mam, mother-in-law, step grandmother, sister, aunty and friend. A celebration of Frances' life will take place at a later date.
