NICHOL Matthew Sydney (Syd) Passed away suddenly but peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday 4th September 2019 aged 91years. Loving husband and best friend to Elsie, much loved dad to Keith, father-in-law to Jean, an adored and proud grandad to Laura and Adam and a cherished great-granda to Henry, Ralph and Alice. Funeral service to take place in St Mary & St Michael's Parish Church Egremont on Tuesday 17th September at 12noon, followed by interment in Egremont Cemetery. Family flowers only by request. Donations, if desired, to the Cumbria Deaf Assocation or The British Lung Foundation c/o Adams, Read & Hocking Funeral Directors, Towerson Street Funeral Home, Towerson Street, Cleator, CA23 3EL.
