ROSS Dorothy Eileen Peacefully, at home on Wednesday, 5th December 2018, Dorothy, born 1918, widow of Lt. Cdr. John P. Ross, R.N., M. Inst. E. E., daughter of the late Amelia and Lt. Col. C. E. Jewels, D.S.O., M.C., very proud and loving mother of Sheila and Graham. Funeral service to be held at Christ Church, Silloth on Friday, 14th December at 10.30am, followed by private cremation. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, for Cancer Research UK, Alzheimer's Research UK and North Lakeland Hospice at Home may be sent to Mark Szandurski, Funeral Director, Willow Dene, Outgang Road, Aspatria. Please wear something colourful.
