Workington Reds' Dan Wordsworth in action against Whitehaven in the opening friendly
Workington Reds have added another friendly to their pre-season schedule.
Reds will host Gretna FC 2008 at Borough Park next Tuesday, July 25, kick off 7.30pm.
Gretna was the only team Reds didn’t play in the recent Raydale Cup and include several Workington based players in their squad.
They have moved in to fill the void created when Bishop Auckland pulled out of a fixture, due to be played this week.
The Raydale Park outfit, managed by ex-Workington player Matt Henney, start their Scottish Lowland League campaign on July 29 so the Borough Park fixture will be their final work-out.
