WORKINGTON Reds boss Lee Andrews will look to name an unchanged squad for today's big league clash with Barwell.

Andrews was delighted with the performance his side put in to beat Weston Super Mare in the FA Trophy replay on Tuesday night.

And he said that with all the players stepping up to the top of their game, it would be hard to change the side.

"We will look at the squad and see if things need freshened up but after the performance and result on Tuesday it would be tough to change," he said.

"Everyone has a spring in their step after the win and they are all desperate to start again.

"We just want to go in against Barwell and try and get another run going."

Reds will have to put their cup heroics to the back of their minds as they get down to the bread and butter of the league today at Borough Park, ko 3pm.

But Andrews wants them to keep their momentum going and continue with the type of performance they produced on Tuesday.

"Looking at the game on Tuesday, for 90 minutes it was probably the best we have played for a few weeks," said Andrews.

"Towards the end of our unbeaten run we were maybe grinding out results.

"But, on Tuesday, the game had everything, not only did we get the result but the most pleasing thing was the performance.

"Everyone played their part and performed so we just need to keep on doing that.

"It is very important to get the results but the performance is a big factor as well. And it is key moving forward into the next game.

"Every game is a big game for us now. The teams at the top are not dropping many points so we have to continue doing the same.

"Winning games breeds confidence so we will keep on taking one game at a time but hopefully get another extended run going."

Andrews has a fully fit squad to choose from and the side has also been boosted with the news that Sam Smith should be back in the next few weeks.

He added: "Sam has now had his results back from his MRI and has been told that he can start upping his training and hopefully he will be back in the next two to three weeks."
