What a waste of money it was to put plants into the swimming pool in Portland Road.
Beer bottles, fish and chip paper and burger boxes are just thrown in among the plants.
Maybe cobble stones instead of plants would have been better. Portland Road is a disgrace.
Maybe a large bin for rubbish outside the pool would help.
