Cumbrian estate agent H&H King has appointed Piers Morton as branch manager after six years as senior valuer.

In his new role, Piers will oversee a team of four staff, together with managing operations and supporting the company’s growth.

Providing expert advice on all property matters to both clients and staff, he will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the branch.

Piers has more than 12 years’ experience within the industry and joined H&H King from another Cumbrian agency. Highly focused and with an eye for detail, his hard work and dedication have earned him this key managerial role within H&H King.

He said: “I am delighted to have been invited to head up the branch in Carlisle. As a progressive company with a highly visible high street presence, we have seen continued expansion in recent years.

"My aim now is to focus strongly on developing the team and growing residential sales and lettings both sides of the border.
