Where was Union Flag?

I would like to congratulate the organisers for their hard work to help the heroes but the attitude of our council members in Maryport stinks.
I was up at 6am putting the Union Flag out along with a few more like me, but to be greeted by the flag pole of our town hall was very disturbing. The pole was empty. Thanks a lot councillors.
