Seven charged with affray after Carlisle incident

Seven people have been charged with affray following a serious assault in Carlisle.
The street attack - that left Concrete nightclub boss Tim Ip, 26, critically ill - happened on June 7 in the Lowther Arcade in Carlisle.
Those charged with that are: Connor Terrence O’Neil, 19, of Kingmoor Road, Carlisle; Joshua John O’Neil, 22, from Sandpiper Drive, Peterborough; Lee O’Neil, 30, of Sandpiper Drive, Peterborough; Ricky O’Neil, 26, from Bernard Street, Southampton; Jodie Patricia O’Neil, 29, of Orchard Lane, Southampton, Sean Carruthers, 30, of Sunnymeade, Carlisle.
Also charged with affray is Thomas Martin Tweedy Hill, 21, of Flower Street, Carlisle.
They are all due to appear at Carlisle Magistrates Court on Thursday, November 1.
