Have you seen a caravan driver on a mobile, throwing rubbish out his window?

CARAVANS and convoys are the things most driving motorists around the bend, according to a survey by ITV.
Slow-moving caravans topped the list of annoyances in the ITV Local Traffic Trouble survey, followed by convoys of motorbikes causing queues.
Motorists chatting on mobiles, driving slowly and throwing litter out the window were other major gripes.
Next on the list were drivers blaring out loud music, cutting up other drivers, or speeding, followed by being aggressive and posing with the sun roof down in cold weather.
The top five most irritating car modifications were baby-on-board signs, personalised number plates, car flags, cheesy name stickers and oversized fenders or body kits.
ITV Local programming and content director Lindsay Charlton said: “We’ve all been there – stuck for hours behind a caravan, or a bike convoy, trying to visit family and friends on a bank holiday.
“We have to put up with all manner of travel annoyances, both on the road and on public transport. Our survey shows even the smallest things such as customised number plates, and back-window banners can really irritate the general driver.”
