Pupils left feeling unsafe after yobs ransack Carlisle primary school

Pupils at a primary school have been left “feeling unsafe” after yobs smashed their way into the building.

Have your say

Hope the scum bags who done this are caught soon. Why wreck the work the little ones have done? Absolutely disgusting behaviour, shame on you... Also @Christopher i totally agree with you, the children shouldn't know. I'm sure they could think of something else to tell them instead of telling them some creep broke in and wrecked their work and stole their computers, no wonder they're scared!!!

The pupils should not even know about it tbh, the school should have an it policy where backups are made and restored and if the pupils ask say that they are being reparied, why scare children?

this is my daughters classroom that was broken in to and i must say it has had a massive impact on her! i have to check the windows with her before she will lay down to sleep! its utter disgusting how some individuals can do such things to a child's school and wreck their hard work too. i hope these low-lifes r caught very very soon and justice is served upon them!

The chances are the culprit/s are local drug users and someone must have an idea of who was responsible. Do the decent thing and report them to the Police on 101.

@Trevor Long,

Here's my response - never mind tougher sentences, how about we bring back the stocks? Have them shown up in public for everyone to see. Embarrass the heck out of them, let everyone see the faces of the scum who commit these crimes.

(waits for further responses)

Yet another school targeted for it' s computer equipment. It's time for tougher sentences to deter the dregs of society who commit such crimes! I'll be curious as to what response I get for my 'opinion'?

I dearly hope the perpetrators are caught and the full power of the law is visited upon them. Terrible shame for the children.

Hope the idiots have fun selling the computers wich will all be marked with smart water along with all the components inside them.

so if anyones offered a cheap PC think twice you can't remove smart water.

Also depending on the computer they may have a dial home facility which sends details of the unique IP address of the persons internet that it's been connected to so good luck if you've got one of them!!
