Prisoners in Cumbria post on Facebook

Convicts who have been in Cumbria’s prison have uploaded images of themselves in jail to the internet.
They have posted pictures of themselves smoking in their cells and posing in a recreation room at Haverigg prison, near Millom, to social media site Facebook.
Under UK law it is illegal for inmates to have or use mobile phones inside prisons.
The Ministry of Justice said not all the offenders are still behind bars but admitted the images had been taken inside prisons.
Officials added the prison was working with police to catch anybody bringing banned goods such as mobile phones into the jail.
On the internet, prisoners also brag about how they have enjoyed their time at Haverigg.
One friend of a convict, commenting under a picture of a gang of topless inmates, remarks: “Defoo Looks Like Use r Havin a Ball in Ibizaa hahaa”.
A prisoner posted: “Waken up in the costa del haverigg 2 me halfa english brecky ha!”
A Prison Service spokeswoman said: “Prisoners have no access to the internet and are barred from updating Facebook while serving their sentence, or asking others to do so from outside prison.
“If they do, their accounts will be terminated.”

Since they all broke the rules they should be sent back to a higher category prison.

A N O'lagg - well, the thing is, the word "prison" needs to be redefined to "hotel with benefits". The films you refer to may infringe the human rights of criminals you see. One day, the human rights of victims will be considered and those who offend will go to prisons where mobile phones and recreational drugs would be unavailable. This would mean prison terms were viewed as a punishment ... it will probably never happen.
