Police probe road rage incident outside Carlisle hospital

Witnesses are being sought following a road rage incident at the Cumberland Infirmary in Carlisle.

A man ended up injured after he tried to stop the male driver of a dark-coloured Nissan Navara 4x4 following an accident.

It happened in parking bay D, round the back of the hospital near the helicopter landing pad, at about 2.05pm on Tuesday.

Anyone who saw the incident or has information about the vehicle involved should call police on 101.
