Police name man who died in woods in Carlisle

Police have named a man whose body was found in woods at Carlisle last week.
He was Peter McDowell, aged 57, of Scotby Close, Carlisle.
A dog walker discovered Mr McDowell's body shortly after 1.20pm last Monday in the woods near to Eastern Way. Mr McDowell was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say there are no suspicious circumstances and the case has been passed to the coroner.
