They have appealed for witnesses to an incident that took place in the House of Fraser on English Street at about 12noon on December 17.

The woman, who is in her fifties, claims a man approached her and grabbed her bottom as he tried to pass her.

When she challenged him, he left the shop.

He was wearing a blue jacket, blue jeans and was carrying a Next shopping bag

Anyone who knows the man - or the man himself - is asked to call police on 101 and speak to PC Mike Watson.
