Police investigate west Cumbria wiper crime

Criminals have damaged several parked cars by removing windscreen wiper blades.

The incident took place sometime between 8pm on Friday and 8am yesterday on Bankyard Road, Parton, Whitehaven

Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.

A man in dark clothing was seen in the area at around 3am on Sunday.

Anyone with any information can contact police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
