Police appeal after fake cash used in Carlisle shop

Carlisle police have released CCTV footage of a man they want to speak to regarding fake cash.
At about 11.45am last Wednesday (August 22), counterfeit currency was presented at The Paper Shop Newsagent at The Market, Carlisle.
Police are trying to trace the man who was wearing a grey coat and had short dark hair, who is seen approaching the counter.

Anyone who recognises the man should call the police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
