Missing 80-year-old woman found after search

A woman who went missing at 3pm yesterday has been found safe and well after a police and mountain rescue team search.

Meryl Parry went missing from the Dale area of Ainstable but was found at about 9.30am today and has been reunited with her family.

Cumbria police thanked the public for their assistance.
