A thug threatened two women working at a newsagent's shop in Cleator Moor.
The incident happened in Sproats on Ennerdale Road at around 5.10am today. No further details on how the women were threatened has been released.
The yob was described as a skinny 5ft 6in man wearing a black jacket and black tracksuit bottoms.
