Police tape
A MAN suffered minor injuries after a van overturned on the motorway.
It happened near Shap at about 3pm.
Fire crews from Carlisle, Penrith and Shap all attended, along with police and ambulance.
It happened between junctions 39 and 40 of the M6.
The van was towing a car trailer.
A fire service spokesman said the van had overturned and a man had suffered minor injuries.
They did not need to cut anyone free.
