A second man has been jailed for cannabis dealing.
Tasswar Hussain was driving north on the M6 near Carlisle when police stopped his vehicle in June, 2014.
Half a kilo of cannabis, valued at around £5,000, was found to have been stashed in a number of bags. Also recovered from Hussain's vehicle was £300 cash and a cannabis grinder.
Carlisle Crown Court heard fingerprints were found on internal packaging containing the drug. These belonged to 38-year-old Hussain, who was then linked to another man, Amir Alam, 24.
Hussain admitted conspiring to supply cannabis during a two-month period while Alam, who denied the allegation, was found guilty after a trial.
Alam, from Slough, was jailed for two years at the crown court last month.
And yesterday Hussain, of Dover Park, Dunfermline, received a 16-month prison sentence from Judge Peter Davies.
