Three men have appeared before a judge in Carlisle accused of conspiring to supply class A drugs.
At the city's Rickergate courts complex, District Judge Gerald Chalk ruled that all three defendants - Jonathan O'Neil, 27, of Creighton Avenue, Raffles; Darren Snowden, 44, of Brookside, Raffles; and Andrew John Berry, 25, of Bower Street, off Wigton Road - should be sent straight to Carlisle Crown Court.
All three defendants have been charged with conspiring to supply heroin and cocaine between January 1 this year and August 17.
None entered pleas.
The judge said they will appear before a circuit judge at the Crown Court on September 19.
He remanded all three in custody.
