Dozens of lambs were stolen from a locked field in a rural north Cumbrian village.
Thieves stole 32 Beltex-Texel cross lambs from the field in the Culgaith area in the week from Saturday, November 5 to November 12.
The lambs do not have ear tags or any other form of identification.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police on101 quoting incident 87 of November 22.
