Two teenagers have admitted carrying out a burglary in Carlisle.
Darren McVittie, 19, and a 17-year-old male who cannot be named for legal reasons, entered guilty pleas to the crime at a hearing today in front of Recorder Kevin Grice in Carlisle Crown Court.
They admitted entering a property in Langrigg Road in Carlisle on March 8 and stealing both a television and a set of knives.
Pre-sentence reports on both defendants were ordered by Recorder Grice, who adjourned the case.
The pair are due to receive their respective punishments at the crown court next month.
In the meantime McVittie, of Cumwhinton Road, Carlisle, and the youth were bailed.
