A man who shouted insults at a pensioner - breaching a court order - has been given a suspended prison sentence.
Terrence Cunningham, 61, yelled abuse at Kenneth Robinson, who was in a Workington bookmakers at the time of the incident on April 14.
After making his initially crass comments, Cunningham then threatened to blow up 79-year-old Mr Robinson's car.
That meant he breached an indefinite restraining order he was given in 2010 for previous harassment of Mr Robinson.
Cunningham, of Duke Street, Workington, admitted the breach and was sentenced at Carlisle Crown Court today.
A two-month prison term was suspended for a year by Judge Peter Davies, who also imposed a two-month night-time curfew.
