In a week's time, Santa Claus will be loading up his sleigh as he prepares to hand out presents around the globe - and youngsters in Carlisle have been telling him what they want this Christmas.
Having travelled from his native lapland, he has been speaking to children at the Santa, Snow and Sparkles extravaganza taking place in the city centre.
Youngsters and their families were able to enjoy a winter wonderland before meeting the man himself to reveal their festive wishlist.
Among those paying a visit while out Christmas shopping were Regan Graham and Darcie Graham, along with Oliver Nelson, from Eastriggs.
Asked what he wanted for Christmas, 12-year-old Regan said: "A Playstation 4", while Darcie, seven, asked for a pram.
Also paying Santa a visit was seven-year-old Grace Bell, from St Bees. She said: "I'm going to ask for a violin and a trampoline."
The Santa, Snow and Sparkles marquee is open between 11am and 4pm until Wednesday.
It will also be open between 11am and 8pm on Thursday, with admission priced £4.
