WORK is expected in the next month to repair three bridges shut by December's floods.
Repairs are expected to start on Isel Bridge on March 18 and take about eight days.

Around six days of work are due at Southwaite Mill Bridge from March 26, followed by about five days of work on Dearham Bridge from April 3.

Work is ongoing to assess the Isel Hall bridge, which was closed last month when an investigation showed some of the stone arches had dropped.
Legburthwaite Mill Bridge between Threlkeld and Thirlmere reopened on Monday.
Mill Dam Bridge, west of Derwentwater, Blaze Bridge, near Lorton and the road between Wythop Mill and Thornthwaite have reopened.
