Power cut map
More than 100 homes and businesses in Carlisle have had their electricity supply restored.
Electricity North West was called at about 11.30am today to reports of a fault in the CA2 Denton Holme area.
A spokeswoman for the utility company told the News & Star that it was as a result of "third party damage to an underground cable".
However Electricity North West confirmed that the supply was restored to all homes at 2.10pm.
