Spencer Street, Carlisle
A gang shouted verbal abuse in Carlisle city centre during what police are classing as a "gender-motivated" hate crime.
A member of the public was walking in Spencer Street when a group in a white VW Golf started shouting gender motivated abuse.
It happened yesterday at around 5.30pm.
All of the occupants in the car were male, according to details released by police.
Anyone with information is asked to call PC 2400 Hill on 101.
