Carlisle Crown Court
A man will appear in court tomorrow in connection with alleged fraud at Britain's Energy Coast .
James Cox , 51, has been charged with two counts of fraud by false representation and four counts of transfer of criminal property.
The charges relate to four alleged offences.
Cox, of no fixed address but living in Bristol, is due to appear at Carlisle Magistrates Court.
